the add to cart button and proceed to checkout. Our shopping cart and
payment processing is securely administered by WorldPay, in conjunction
with Fastcart.
IMPORTANT: When paying by credit/debit card, the invoice and delivery address
MUST match the name and address at which the card is registered, otherwise the
order will be rejected. This is a precaution against possible fraudulent use of
credit/debit cards.

will provide instructions for payment.

CHEQUE/POSTAL ORDER PAYMENTS (for
UK customers only)
IF PAYING BY CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER, PLEASE DO NOT ADD ITEMS TO THE SHOPPING
CART (the shopping cart only caters for credit/debit
card payments). Click here to go to our order
form page, print the form and complete your order and name/address/telephone
details. The address on the form tells you where to send your order and cheque.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL
None of the statements made on this page affect the consumer's statutory rights
in matters of dispute
PRICES
All prices quoted are in GB Pounds and inclusive of UK tax.
DELIVERY
We despatch most orders within 4 days of receipt. In
the event of delays occasioned by stock shortage, you will be informed at the
time of placing your order.
CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled WITHIN 7 DAYS following receipt of the goods, and a full
refund will be given.
The nature of the product, however, dictates that we are unable to accept return
of any goods once they have been removed from their immediate packaging, unless
proven to be damaged or faulty.
In the event of an order being
cancelled prior to despatch, we exercise the right to levy a charge equivalent
to the service fee charged by our credit card processing company. This currently
equates to 4.5% of the chargeable order value. Where cancellation is occasioned
by our failure to meet certain order requirements, whether in terms of our
inability to meet the quality, price or delivery periods as stated elsewhere
within these pages, the aforementioned cancellation charge will not apply.
RETURNS/BREAKAGES/SHORTAGES/NON DELIVERY
Any breakages or shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt. Damaged
or incorrectly-supplied items will be replaced free of charge. Reports regarding
non delivery of an order must be made in writing within 21 days of the date on
which the order was placed.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
If you intend returning goods, you must first contact us by letter,
telephone or email, stating the reason for wishing to return, and we will
provide you with return instructions. Full contact details are provided on this
page.
OWNERSHIP AND
RISK
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to customer at time of delivery.
All goods remain the property of Comfy-Feet until payment has been made
in full, and cheques have been cleared.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management, but any
decision made by the company will not affect your normal statutory rights in
matters of dispute.
SUBSTITUTION
We reserve the right to substitute item/s of similar type, quality and price
where the ordered item/s is currently out of stock. This does not affect your
normal statutory rights in matters of dispute.
